Your thoughts?
I know as a 24 vamp fighting a 22 valk you basicly have to fight 2 ppl... that health regen is a monster.

It will be hard at that level, Hopefully you have matter resist 13%. Since he has one weapon, you can use engage (7 shield) to get off a block chain if you are specced sword.
If you are using a spear, it will be much more difficult because vamps have an evade buff. Since you will have low weaponskill, combined with a slow 2h spear. He is going to evade you alot.
Best thing I can tell you, keep running thru him/strafing. Use your taunt styles. Snare him, kite him a bit /face and dump dds on him. The trick is for him to expose his back to you.
When you get higher level, they are alot easier. Just have to be willing to chew thru 6k hp to kill them.
