A few of the officers and myself are expressing concern at our inability to provide /promote privvys to our new toons who should have /as privvys - Malme has told me that most of our officers don't have the ability at this time. I also noticed that Darukh cannot invite toons to the guild or existing member's alts. With VT fielding 6-8 players regularly in the evenings we need to have maintnenance abilities to efficiently run the guild properly.

There were certain misunderstandings in the handlings of some usage of merit points, bps, etc. but that did not come into play by members entrusted with this ability. I should not have had my privileges removed nor the Aussie officers that play here as well.

Drakelogan has been on trial probation for 2 weeks now and deserves a /gc promote as well.

Can we get confirmation of this and also have this issue fixed?

Darukh!!! my partner in singing drunken flogging molly songs....I miss you guys as well....all I can say are the last few weeks have been hell....as some of you know..I came down with a pretty painful case of inflamed lumbar disc that pressed on my sciatic nerve....so it was painful sleeping or even sitting..luckily I know a good doctor with some good drugs( evil grin)...I promise no more cartwheels in the house..I'm too old for that shite....basically the rest of the time Ive been working my ass off..it has been affectionately dubbed Hell Month!!!

I'll be back in game as soon as I get a few hours to relax.=)

P.s. if anyone is gonna be in the Vegas area this coming saturday...Party at Lacy's Lounge underneath the Palomino Strip club..Cheap drinks, Free food, Jello Wresling..and good music..

Here's the thing.

Someone in VT used an officer's account to promote himself and abuse the gbp system. This hurts VT because you need those gbp's to pay rent on the guild house and to decide whether or not to claim or not claim a keep.

Turc didn't want to kick this person + the officer person out of the guild, so I helped him change all the allowances.

Sooth was made a GM, and Jorm is also. They have complete control and can change any ranks they feel like changing to whatever they want.

If Sooth or Jorm need any advice on what the commands are (mythic is pretty vauge on the Herald about it) just PM me and I'll be happy to let you know. Originally only down to rank 3 had most permissions (invite/promote/demote/kick/bp's/etc.) Now that isn't the case, but it's easily remedied by any GM that happens to be on.

The only reason that the culprit + officer acct wasn't demoted is because Mythic does not allow demotions of people that aren't online at the time.

If this isn't cleared up soon, or if no one else wants to do it, I will reactivate within the next week or two and clear it up.

Chad talked to Jorm on the phone last night so he knows what's up presumably and hopefully will do something about it

Ill log on tonight after work. Ill handle all of this, If He isnt on when I get home. Ill disband both officer and culprit and leave messages for them to return when a GM gets on.
