Seriously, you are better then most of them. Not trying to sound elitist or anything, but alot of them are waaaaaaaaay inexperienced.

Priest and OMG warriors need help. Especially the warriors. WTF is Juhore -_- when i need him. Druids, are what we lack badly. Only 1 that plays.

Im not a raider by any means, but if you are going to raid. I am under the impression that before you move to another instance you get to farm status on the previous one. I know its boring, but damn. You cant tank Ossirian in Aq20 with blues/greens.
