Nah, all they are doing pushing the debris behind the houses off of the main avenues.

It is sad, They have 65million dollars just awarded. and yet you dont see anything but the citizens cleaning up.

I was there all week, and I have seen ONE crew cleaning up. and it was on St Charles.
